Thinking of the Introduction of Medical Anthropology into Clinical Oncology Teaching

At present, there is a great gap in the teaching mode of oncology between China and developed countries. It is difficult to cultivate high– quality talents in the field of oncology because of the lack of a perfect humanistic ethics education system. This study discussed the lack of medical anthropology in the teaching of oncology, and proposed to introduce the medical anthropology perspective into theoretical teaching stage of oncology by improving the setting of humanities curriculum. It also proposed methods to practice medical anthropology in all aspects of oncology clinical practice, in order to reform the traditional teaching mode of oncology and improve the effects of clinical practice of oncology.
