Abstract
In the process of repaid prototyping , control of solidified depth of photopolymer resin is a vital factor for affecting the accuracy of the shape and dimension of parts. It is observed via experiment on solidified kinetics process that the solidified depth of photopolymer resin is related to scanning rate and laser power, thus concluding the interrelationship between them through theoretical study and further perfecting the traditional solidification model of resin, which has provided theoretical basis for process control.
