Abstract
The self-assembly theories considering formation mechanism of different polyaniline (PANI) micro/nanostructures during aniline chemical oxidative polymerization were reviewed. Research challenges and key problems remained to uncover the formation mechanism of various PANI micro/nanostructures were also prospected.
