Abstract
The electrical strength of vacuum insulation system is usually limited by the flashover phenomenon across the surface of insulator in vacuum. The technology of splashing gold particles on unit crystal was adopted in this paper, and the flashover voltage of unit crystal in vacuum was found to increase obviously. Then SEEA theory was used to analyze and explain the reason of increasing insulation in vacuum.
