Abstract

The dielectric response of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 -based relaxor ferroelectric ceramics near the rhombohedral and tetragonal phase boundary under hydrostatic pressure was measured. The transition temperature Tc and the peak temperature Tm for the ceramics decreased and the relaxor behavior enhanced with increasing hydrostatic pressure.
