Abstract
The dynamic fatigue behavior of Si3N4 ceramics at different temperatures was investigated. The results showed that the fracture strength decreases with increasing dσ/dt at a high stress rate, while the stress corrosion exponent n decreases with increasing temperature. The softening of the grain boundary glassy phase at elevated temperatures was observed on the fracture surface.
