Abstract
We report experimental data of Mo L X-ray spectra emitted by 152Eu20+ ions with energies from 2.0 to 6.0 MeV on the Mo surface. The X-ray spectra yield per ion is calculated, and the production cross section is calculated and compared with BEA and PWBA theoretical models. It is shown that the X-ray spectra yield per ion is as a function of incident energy, and the experimental results have the best agreement with the BEA model in the lower incident energy range.
