Abstract
It is important in engineering to accurately recognize the dynamic coefficients of plain bearings of large - scale turbines. A new approach to recognize the coefficients on balancing machine is proposed. The dynamic coefficients of plain bearing of a 50 MW turbine are recognized on a balancing machine of certain factory by using this approach and satisfactory results are obtained.
