Abstract
The temperature dependency and the hydrostatic-pressure dependency of dielectric properties of Nb-doped Pb(Zr, Sn, Ti)O3 ceramics were measured. The abnormity of dielectric properties and phase transition properties of the ceramics in the vicinity of antiferroelectric (AFE)-ferroelectric (FE) phase boundary was studied. It was found that with increasing temperature, an AFE-FE-PE (paraelectric) phase transition at a lower hydrostatic pressure and an AFE-PE one at a higher pressure occurred. The FE phase consisted of two parts and with different dielectric properties: one was the normal FE phase, and the other was the relaxor FE phase with weak frequency dispersion. And the two-dimensional phase diagram of temperature and hydrostatic pressure of this sample is obtained.
