Abstract

Verification of secondary circuits in process levels plays a significant role in the commissioning of smart substation secondary systems. According to comparison of secondary circuit files, this paper proposes an approach to generation of commissioning schemes for the process level and safety measures by analyzing the relationship between the secondary circuit file and commissioning items. In terms of data links, communication parameters, and data channels, an analysis is made on the differences of secondary circuits in configuration files of different versions, and then the corresponding commissioning items are determined based on the differential secondary circuits. The secondary circuits associated with devices in the sub-system commissioning are analyzed to divide the security interfaces between testing devices and operational devices. The approach presented is expected to provide effective guides for the secondary system commissioning of smart substation extension and reconstruction projects as well as adoption of safety measures.
