Abstract
Shape up: Copper nanocrystals with different shapes enclosed mainly by {100} facets have been prepared by reducing CuCl 2 with glucose. The syntheses were preformed in an aqueous solution at 100 °C with the use of hexadecylamine as a capping agent (see scheme).
