Abstract

First attempt to analyze the variability of different sequences of cholecystectomy and CBD exploration in single stage LC+LCBDE with primary closure method. The LC-BDE approach reduces traction tension and can avoid bile leakage due to tearing of sutures and stitched eye during CBD wall closure. And The LC-BDE approach has less intraoperative blood loss. The BDE-LC approach has the potential for stone dropout in the cystic duct, leading to the occurrence of postoperative residual stones.
