N2 - With a large number of accuracy survey on domestic CNC machine tools, it was found that the number of accuracy recession caused by abnormal wear gave a bigger proportion. In order to find the reasons of accuracy descends more clearly, the reasons that led to the poor accuracy retentivity in the stage of design, manufacture and applications were analyzed from three aspects of spindle accuracy, geometric accuracy and dynamic accuracy. Finally, aiming at the different types of CNC machine tools, the methods to improve accuracy retentivity were proposed.
