Abstract

The regulation ability of virtual power plants varies under different types of resource aggregation, and the difficulties they bring when participating in auxiliary service decision-making are different. In special circumstances, it may even affect the safe and reliable operation of the power grid. However, under market conditions, actively involving virtual power plants in power grid scheduling and enabling them to reasonably obtain greater benefits is a key factor in promoting the development of virtual power plants. In response to such situations, this article proposes an intelligent decision-making strategy for multi-objective and multi collaborative economic dispatch of virtual power plants in the market context. Based on the multi-objective cascade method model, a distributed economic dispatch operation framework is constructed with the objectives of "response level of provincial dispatching demand", "total response cost", VPP uncertainty risk", etc., to coordinate various virtual power plant entities and maximize their economic benefits. Finally, the engineering application verified the effectiveness and practicality of this economic dispatch strategy.
