Abstract
The influencing factors of movement process of high speed electromagnetic repulsion mechanism are discovered based on the working principle and the theoretical research of the high speed electromagnetic repulsion mechanism, the regularity of the influencing factors is achieved by simulation. The repulsion driver prototype which is used for DC high speed switch is designed and manufactured on the basis of a lot of simulation. The experiments show that the repulsion driver prototype completely conforms to the design requests, and the accuracy of simulation results is validated.
