Abstract

Network planning is a complicated and arduous project, with a large scale of uncertain factors and a wide range of characteristics. Based on the technical characteristics of the power grid, a scientific and comprehensive index system is established in this paper. Using the judgment matrix and intrinsic entropy value to determine the index weight of each level, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed to evaluate the power grid. For the selection of the planning project, the weakness oriented dynamic assessment method is proposed, forming a closed loop evaluation strategy. In the view of the weakness of the power grid, the key indexes are selected to evaluate the power grid planning projects. The validity of the method is verified in the case of a regional power grid.
