Abstract
With the continuous construction of China's rail transit system, circuit breakers, as critical equipment for protecting system safety, have become increasingly important in fault diagnosis and prevention. This paper focuses on the UR type rail transit DC circuit breaker by Secheron, conducting simulation experiments on six typical faults and analyzing the fault mechanisms based on feature extraction methods for current, vibration, and displacement signals. The research results provide theoretical support for the mechanical fault diagnosis of circuit breakers.
