Abstract
The experiments were carried out to develop the relation between geometric dimension parameter of arm of thermoelectric-pile and generating performance. Finite difference method was applied to calculate performance in ideal conditions. By comparing the calculated results with the experiment data, it was found that there is a great difference between experiment and ideal instance. Several basic techniques and approaches for solving the contact section influence were proposed.
