Abstract

A rapid prototype-oriented tele-service system was developed using internet and intranet. The working procedures and detailed functional units were presented. Network construction of the system and configuration of the corresponding hardware and software were given. The functional units of SLA-oriented on-line pricing, on-line bargaining and clients' information management were implemented. Various technologies involving network database, multimedia consideration and electronic business used in this system were discussed.
