Abstract
Intelligent maintenance decision technology emerged as the requirement of dealing with much maintenance information effectively. However traditional maintenance decision technology had the ″bottleneck″ problem of knowledge acquisition. Intelligent maintenance decision Technology based on Case-Based Reasoning provided a solution. In this paper oriented case expression method was designed to realize the transformation from problem to case. Meanwhile the case knowledge extracting method based on reliability was proposed which defined the maintenance ration attribute and lifetime attribute according to the dynamic statistical model and ensured the dynamic adaptability of case knowledge. Then the two-stage global-after-partial case matching policy was designed by applying the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm which ensured the high efficiency and veracity for case retrieval and matching. The technology verified by the example of field equipment is efficient.
