Abstract

Aiming at the special object of the offshore oil power system, this paper presents a whole system reliability evaluation method based on sequential hybrid method. Firstly, considering the load correlation, the minimum path set method is used to establish the outage table of distribution system. Then the sequential Monte Carlo simulation method is used to evaluate the reliability of the whole system. According to the actual control strategy of offshore power system, the priority trip discrete load shedding model is adopted in the load shedding model. Finally, this method is used to evaluate the power system of an offshore oil field. It is found that the main factors limiting the reliability of the offshore power system are the radial grid structure and the reliability of submarine cable.
