Abstract

This paper goal is to investigate a theoretical possibility of the pseudo-entropy hybrid combined relative function applicability in addition to a simplified optimal dividing the economic abilities between two options. There is a scientific proof for the economic sustainability in the view of the variational problem solution and illustration of three options positive and negative certainty/uncertainty.
