N2 - Conventionally, the illusion effect is realized by a device that is larger than the illusion object. In this paper, we discuss the possibility of realizing the illusion with a device that is smaller than the object. This is achieved by obtaining the desired fields in a smaller region and constructing the device with surface impedance metasurfaces. Simulation results are performed and they successfully verified the proposed scheme.
