Abstract
Antiferroelectric (AFE)- ferroelectric (FE)-antiferroelectric phase transitions for La-doped Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 ceramics could be induced by a high power pulse electric field with the strength about 5kV/mm and pulse-width around 400ns. While the pulse electric field applying to the ceramic samples, the ceramics has undergone a complete AFE-FE-AFE phase transitions process, where a pulse hysteresis loop (P-E curve) is formed by the pulse current and pulse voltage induced from the specimens within about 800 ns. Comparing with the quasi-static hysteresis loop (P-E curve), the pulse hysteresis loop could provide more detailed information about the phase transition of La-doped Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 ceramics dynamically.
