Abstract
High-Tc films were grown using slightly tilted substrates. The resulting films exhibit an improved surface roughness. Josephson junctions produced on vicinal bicrystals of the 2 × 12°[100]-tilt type show very high IcRn-products of up to 1.2 meV at 77 K and up to 8 meV at 4.2 K.
