Abstract

As a main primary intracranial lymphoma (PIL) imaging technique, MR plays an importance role in early detection, accurate staging, as well as evaluation of treatment effect. Particularly diffusion weighted MRI (DWI), perfusion-weighted MRI (PWI) and MR spectroscopy (MRS) are capturing more and more attention. In this paper, recent progresses of the clinical characteristic, imaging feature and differential diagnosis of PIL were reviewed and MRI application was focused on.
