Abstract

With the rapid development of medical electronics and wearable fields, flexible sensors have become a well-deserved research hotspot. In the face of the complex and uneven surface of the human body, researchers are trying to prepare sensors that fit the human body better with new materials and new technology. At the same time, with the development of advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, mechanical structure design also adopts more curved surfaces and other novel structural designs. Therefore, this work focuses on the preparation technology of flexible sensor based on inkjet printing technology. An in-situ direct-writing system for the preparation of piezoelectric polymer PVDF-TrFE was established and the optimum parameters of annealing and polarization were investigated. Finally, the vibration monitoring performance of the piezoelectric sensor is verified by taking the bearing fault monitoring field as the application case and combining with the flexural accelerometer structure. The purpose of this study is to explore the in-situ direct-writing technology of flexible sensors applied in the field of structural health monitoring and to further enrich the preparation technology of flexible sensors.
