Abstract

In this thesis, natural medical stone was mix-sintered with Al2O3, MgO, TiO2, ZrO2 and through these test, such as XRD, IR, ultra-red ray effect, infrared radiation detection, the result shows: Al2O3-MgO-TiO2-ZrO2 were sintered after adding medical stone into far infrared material, and cordierite was formed, the diffraction peak which shows corresponds to the cordierite hexagonal structure, (110) diffraction peak of crystal face is the strongest peak of cordierite; the ultra-red ray effect of make element material obvious, exotherm of A7, MA7 10 min can reach to 48.2, 51.3° C separately; the ratioin of infrared radiation is 0.83, 0.86 separately. Adding made-up infrared element material into coating, the infrared remittance of coating is 0.85.
