Abstract

The piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics under hydrostatic pressure were investigated for Nb-modified lead zirconate stannate titanate ceramics. The longitudinal piezoelectric constant d33, hydrostatic piezoelectric constant dh and transition pressure Pf were measured for polarized ferroelectrics. The pressure dependence of dielectric constant for ferroelectric-to-antiferroelectric transition was discussed.
