Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacokinetics of 0325k1-1 in dogs. METHOD: The concentration of 0325k1-1 in the plasma of dogs was determined by flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The minimal detectable concentration was 0.1 μg/ml, the linearity was between 0.1-5.0 μg/ml and the recovery was higher than 90%. RESULT: The plasma concentration-time profiles fitted to two compartments after iv administration, the distribution t1/2α was 0.56 h to 0.72 h, the elimination t1/23 was 18.1 h to 22.8 h, the distribution volume of central compartment Vc was 0.123 L/kg to 0.154 L/kg. The AUC was linear with the dose that was injected. CONCLUSION: The Pharmacokinetics property of 0325k1-1 in dogs is linear.
