Abstract
Based on the analysis of thrust and cutter head system of shield machine, the relationship among the pressure of thrust and cutter head system, the flow rate of thrust and cutter head system was concluded and testified using the experimental data. A one-stage differential formula including the flow rate of screw conveyor and cutter head system, the pressure of thrust system and soil room was concluded according to the analysis of liquid continuity of sealed soil room. Then a earth pressure balance model with forward-backward control method was built by detecting the real-time pressure of thrust system and soil room, the rotating speed of cutter head and controlling the rotating speed of screw conveyor. Results showed that the pressure in soil room was decided by the thrust pressure, the flow rate of cutter head and screw conveyor system. The control results of forward-backward control method are good.
