Orthogonal pattern design for MIMO system

Abstract

This paper presents a method for calculating the dominant orthogonal patterns in different sizes of array apertures that maximizes the corresponding diversity gain for a given multipath environment. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the computational optimal patterns.
