Abstract

Started up from the analyzing of feature analysis of management text, on the basis of consulting the rules of feature extraction of common text, thought and guideline of features extraction are putted forward. And then the solution of consistency measuring of factual theme and organizational strategy is designed. Empirical results indicate that the solution doesn't only explain effectiveness and accuracy of consistency measuring method, but also effectiveness and feasibility of feature extraction rules for management text.
