Abstract

Gasified incineration is clean waste incineration technique. A series of experiments are taken in a self-make gasification and combustion two-stage furnace. Research has been made on the emission characteristics of SO2 and NOx of sewage sludge in the gasifier under different circumstances (such as temperatures, gasification agents) through the systematic experiments. Based on the experiments analysis has been made with combination of related theories, which provides references for industrial application. Experiment results show that after incineration the emission density of NOx and SO2 is comparatively low. Under standard condition the highest density of NOx and SO2 are 243.75 mg/m3 and 167.19 mg/m3, which are both far below the emission standard regulated by our nation. It is proved that gasification and incineration two-stage treatment is a clean sewage sludge treatment technique and has a practical value.
