Abstract

A nodal discrete-ordinate transport calculation model of anisotropy scattering problem in three-dimensional Cartesian geometry was given in this paper. The computing code NOTRAN/3D has been encoded. In order to examine the code, three samples, including the characteristic value of a uniform one dimensional plate, specific absorption of a two dimensional plate and an anisotropy problems were calculated. The obtained results coincide with previous ones quite well, it shows that the code NOTRAN/3D can be used satisfactorily.
