Abstract
To achieve China's "double carbon" goal, we need to vigorously promote energy transformation, and the high-quality and accelerated development of new energy still needs to be further accelerated, and need to optimize the layout, diversified development. In view of the areas that have entered a critical period of large-scale, high-proportion and high-quality development of new energy, it is urgent to solve the contradiction between installed capacity and reasonable utilization rate and the contradiction between guarantee supply and accommodation. Promote the large-scale consumption of new energy with reasonable utilization rate by carrying out research on multi-grid-connected consumption mechanism.
