abstract = "High-voltage cable breakdown accidents caused by ablation of buffer layer of high-voltage cable frequently occur, which has a huge impact on the safety and stable operation of power grid. This paper carries out ablation defect reproduction research for true type cable, and detects temperature, acoustic emission and high-frequency current signals generated by ablation of buffer layer of true type cable, so as to obtain research results that can reflect the development law of ablation defects of true type cable. According to the test results, the ablation of buffer layer of true type cable can be divided into mild ablation stage, severe ablation stage and severe ablation stage.",
