N2 - The winding segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (WS-PMLSM) generally adopts three phase windings and the length of the segment is larger than that of the passive mover. In this work, the stator was divided into module segments whose length was equal to the length of the pole-pairs of the mover, and the winding structure with two-phase perpendicular to each other was proposed for the vector control system without Clark transformation and anti-Clark transformation, the concentric distributed winding was used to realize the sinusoidal magnetomotive force and reduce harmonics, the magnetomotive force function and the specific permeance function were utilized to derive the inductance expression in the whole moving range, the expression was verified by finite element method, the inductance of a prototype was measured and compared with the analytical result. The above results prove the validity of the proposed motor model.
