Abstract
In
relative permittivity is used to miniaturize the patch antennas with double torsion coil feeding structure. The double torsion coil feeding structure is used to achieve wide bandwidth. The size of the linearly polarized patch antenna and the dual-polarized patch antenna is decreased by 50% and 61%, respectively, while maintaining good radiation and polarization characteristics. Furthermore, the decoupling ground is applied to a 1 × 2 linearly polarized array. The isolation can be better than 25 dB with improved radiation characteristics.
