Abstract

Aiming at the fuzzy problem concerning matchmaking of network mold enterprises with development tasks, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) with fuzzy comprehensive judgment is adopted to propose an integral analysis process and the corresponding algorithm. The method takes six aspects into account, including technology abilities, manufacture state, economy, agility, relative distance and corporate credibility, and a matchmaking model with multiple levels is afterwards established. According to the scoring of experts, the evaluation matrix and weight vector with fuzzy judgment are obtained to seek out the decision vector for the sorting and selection of candidate mold enterprises. The proposed scheme is verified by a practical injection molding development of binding machine shells to show the ability for quantizing the subjective and qualitative elements, such as the weight of indicators, and hierarchizing matchmaking process containing various aspects like technology, price etc.
