Abstract

Superconducting Tl1Ba2Ca2Cu3Ox (Tl-1223) thin films were synthesized via an electrodeposited Ba2Ca2Cu3Ox (BCCO) precursor doped with Ag. The effect of magnetic field on the resistivity-temperature behavior of the Tl-1223 films was investigated at temperatures close to its critical temperature. The magnetoresistivity characteristics observed at low to medium fields and their implications are discussed.
