Abstract
L-shell X-rays of 48Cd and 49In have been measured for the bombardment of protons in the energy range 75–250 keV in steps of 25 keV. The individual Lι Lα Lβ Lγ and total L X-ray production cross sections were extracted from the yield. The results were compared with theoretical predictions of PWBA, ECPSSR and ECUSAR, as well as with experimental results of other authors. Good agreements were observed for our data with others and ECPSSR or ECUSAR calculations. The influence of using different atomic parameter databases is also discussed.
