Abstract

This paper was researched hydrostatic pressure-induced phase transition for niobium-doped lead zirconate titanate Pb0.99Nbx(Zr 0.95Ti0.05)1-xO3 (x ≤ 0.02%) ceramic specimen at room and higher temperature, the pressure dependence of the remnant polarization and dielectric response for the sample were measured at different temperatures, it was found that the phase transition pressure increased with increasing temperature.
