Intrahepatic biliary cystadenocarcinoma: A case report with literature review

Objective: To study the diagnosis and therapy of intrahepatic biliary cystadenocarcinoma. Methods: One male patient with intrahepatic biliary cystadenocarcinoma was presented. The clinical manifestation, treatment, pathological and radiological appearances were retrospectively analysed and discussed with literature review. Results: Patients after the preparation, intrahepatic biliary cystadenocarcinoma are given after resection, anti-inflammatory , protect liver, nutritional support 2 weeks after treatment, the patient was discharged after nine months follow-up,no tumour recurrence. Conclusion: Intrahepatic biliary cystadenocarcinoma is exceedingly rare, and the diagnosis is based on the findings of transhepatic ultrasound scan. The final diagnosis depends on the pathologic examination. Lumpectomy is effective and has a good outcome.
