Abstract
With the increasing environmental damage and depletion of natural resources, the costs of economic growth in the future would exceed its benefits unless the implementation of innovations. This paper discussed these innovations for counties-the basic unit of national economy. After the introduction of the sustainable status of county economy in China, a case of ZIYUAN County in Guangxi has been analyzed, including the origins and the main measures to be susutainable, and then came to the innovations on four questions, including the primary task of sustainable development for undeveloped countries, the problem of scientific development view, how to develop and the responsibilities of a county government. And all these are hoped to offer some references for the sustainability of counties.
