Abstract

The three dimensional terrain geometrical structure is generated with the DEM data. The projection coefficient of the sun radiation is obtained by calculating the complex terrain shielding condition to the sun radiation with the Monte-Carlo method. The sunradiant intensity distribution of the terrain surface is calculated with the projection coefficient. The three dimensional temperature distribution of the terrain surface is obtained with the one dimensional temperature distribution and the projection coefficient. The method of calculating the infrared radiation of the complex terrain surface is put forward, and the terrain surface infrared reflection to the sun radiation is calculated by the Monte-Carlo method. The more realistic infrared image of the complex terrain surface is obtained.
