Abstract

The sample of La-doped Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 ceramic near the ferroelectric (FE)-antiferroelectric(AFE) phase boundary had hydrostatic pressure-induced and temperature-induced diffuse phase transition. Hydrostatic pressure and temperature dependence of dielectric properties were measured, respectively. The effects of hydrostatic pressure and temperature on the dielectric response were discussed.
