Abstract

The application of high-throughput screening approaches to the new drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics screening is a very important research area of new drug development. This paper reviewed the present study situation of high-throughput screening for new drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics and suggested that high-throughput screening approaches are useful and effective in new drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics screening in the early stage of new drug development.
