Abstract

High-pressure vapor-liqui equilibrium (VLE) ata for the carbon ioxie + p-cymene system at 313.15, 333.15, an 353.15 K an pressures up to 12.0 MPa were measure by a flow-type visualization apparatus base on the ynamic analytical metho with sampling. The measure VLE ata were iscusse an compare to existing literature results for the purpose of valiating the reliability of the metho, as well as the apparatus applie in this stuy. Soave-Relich-Kwong (SRK) an Peng-Robinson equations of state combine with Quaratic an Aachi-Sugie (AS) mixing rules were utilize to represent our experimental values. The calculation results inicate that all four moels are comparable, but the SRK/AS moel is more accurate for our experimental ata than other moels.
