Abstract

This paper presents an interactive method for a multiple attribute group decision-making problem with incomplete information. Firstly, this method constructs a new weighting vector by integrating the importance index with consistency index of decision makers, which is used in the aggregating process of individual utility, to overcome the drawback of previous ways and embody the principle of democracy. Secondly, the method gives a new preference index for the ranking of alternatives without any further interactions with decision makers.
